The ethical actions are important because of the priority of the mission goal and their close relationship with Social progress and development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification and Social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation and it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of Social capital in the process of progress based on religious teachings and answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. What impact do ethical actions (behavior) have on the formation of Social progress? How do moral actions generate Social capital and influence progress (development)? What coordinates, examples and dimensions does this group of actions have? What are the effects and consequences of this group of actions? Those actions that are desirable and progressive in the development of Social interactions have been Socially studied, analyzed and searched by using the inductive content analysis method. Honesty, trustworthiness and fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), and forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity and purity, patience and honesty and benevolent actions combined with Social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence and expansion of Social interactions and emotional relationships far from hatred and warm and emotional relationships and as a result, it causes the production of Social capital and its improvement and will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose and excellence that are necessary for progress.

Media is one of the important factors affecting people’s lifestyles, and smartphones with internet connectivity and access to Social media are an inseparable element of most people’s daily lives. In this study, using the theory of perception and focusing on Social media, the media consumption and perception of housewives was studied. In order to obtain information, episodic interviews were used and 36 housewives aged 25 to 65 with appropriate economic and educational levels, who were selected from different cities in Iran, were interviewed. Analysis of the research data showed that despite optimistic views on the capacity of Social media to liberate and create an alternative platform for the activities of various neglected or marginalized groups in society, housewives use Social networks throughout their real lives. Also, despite their strong presence in the daily lives of housewives in terms of the amount of time they spend on it, Social media has not yet played a serious role in the identification of housewives and providing a platform for their activism for various structural reasons, and in some areas, including the presence of women in society and strengthening the Social capital of housewives, it has not led to fundamental changes.

Introduction Urban studies thinkers consider citizens' participation as one of the infrastructures for increasing in the capabilities of urban management. In order to citizens' participation to be meaningful and express the main concept of participation, it must be on a local scale and then reach the transnational arena. Neighborhoods, as the most fundamental elements of cities, have a special place in shaping and organizing the affairs of Tehran. With the establishment of the Pahlavi government and the effort to modernize Iran and the growth and increase in the population of cities, the traditional structures of urban life, including neighborhoods, underwent a transformation. The Law of City Associations was approved before the revolution, but it took many years to pay attention to neighborhood life again with the formation and implementation of the city's Islamic councils in 1998. In recent years, the neighborhood has been defined as the center of concentration and connection of urban services - people and municipality - in the smallest structural area of Tehran municipality. This center was chosen in such a way that all the possible capacities of the municipality can be delegated to it, and at the same time, concrete and objective participation of the citizens was directed to it in all areas that can be participated in, and new and up-to-date functions were defined for it. New Social theories consider women's participation in sustainable development processes to be essential, and since the field of women's activity is traditionally wider in the fields of family and neighborhood, the local administration has envisioned a special role for women in city affairs and implemented special programs to improve their quality of life. In an environmental approach, women have the ability to play a greater role as leaders or active participants in smaller communities such as urban neighborhoods. It can be said that women play an essential role in local Social cohesion. This type of connection is especially necessary to achieve Social planning and successful management in multicultural societies. Because experience has shown that women pay attention to the dimensions of the needs of all groups in society and are not limited to the views and desires of powerful and effective members of society and often seek to create bridges over Social, cultural and racial divisions as well as incompatibilities in society. That society will lead to a better life. Research findings Based on this, the current research tries to investigate the effect of local women's participation in the programs of active organizations (Serai Mahlah) on improving their quality of life. Angeh, Homayun Shahr and Aqdasiye neighborhoods were introduced and selected as examples by the neighborhood management strategic headquarters because of their active role in this matter. In the current research, a survey method was used with the two goals of description and explanation. At the level of description, the goal is to provide information on the level of participation of women in the administration of neighborhood affairs, and at the level of explanation and analysis, the goal is to find the existence or non-existence of a relationship between independent and dependent variables. At the same time, it has been used to compile the theoretical foundations and review previous researches in a documentary (library) way. The statistical population of the research is made up of the women of Tehran's active neighborhoods in the field of participation in the administration of city affairs, and on this basis, two groups of active and inactive women were selected from among the women of these neighborhoods and investigated. In this research, the sample size is 240 tons, which was determined based on Cochran's formula, which is divided into two parts (124 active tons and 116 inactive tons). In the sampling method, there are two important reasons for choosing the neighborhood center, one is that the manager of the neighborhood is a woman, and the other is the introduction by the neighborhood management strategic headquarters as the most active centers in the neighborhoods of Tehran, which are Angeh, Homayoun Shahr, and Aqdasiyeh neighborhoods. Available sampling method was used to select local activists and random sampling method was used for inactive people. A questionnaire was used to collect information. After verifying its validity and reliability in the preliminary stages of the research, the questionnaire was used to collect the required data in the final stage. The results obtained from this research show that the existence of the neighborhood management institution shows that the participation of citizens is recognized as a necessity and need for collective life, and women are not excluded from this as citizens of the society. Sarai Mahalat is active as one of the sub-institutions of neighborhood management, and the use of the services provided in it can have a significant impact on improving the quality of life of women in various dimensions, and the officials are required to provide the necessary conditions to create the necessary infrastructure and facilities in this regard. On the other hand, they should create the necessary motivation in women in different ways so that they also become eager to participate in local affairs (various aspects), because compared to men, women devote more time to work inside and around the house (local area), so they have deeper experiences, knowledge and insight to build the environment around them. According to Arnstein and Hannah Arendt, if women can have an active participation in the administration of local affairs and not just a theatrical participation, they can actualize and realize their potential talents in various fields. It seems that if the participation of women at the local level has positive results (as the results of this research confirm this), it will lead to this fact that women are encouraged to participate at higher levels of society, which will facilitate the development of the country. Conclusions In the present study, the impact of the use of services provided in Sarai Mahalat on the quality of life of service users was investigated in different dimensions. At first, the presence or absence of a relationship was measured using Pearson's correlation coefficient, which confirmed the existence of a relationship between women's local participation and the improvement of their quality of life in different dimensions. In the following, the difference between the average scores of the group that used the services and the group that did not use the services was investigated using the T-test, and according to the obtained scores, the hypotheses of the research were confirmed. After that, two-dimensional tables were used to clarify the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The results of these tables show that the intensity of the relationship between local participation with the quality of life and physical health is greater than the intensity of its relationship with economic Empowerment.

Background: Social skills refer to Socially acceptable behaviors that enable a person to interact effectively with others, and avoid Socially unacceptable reactions. Social skills developed in childhood often form the basis of success in later stages of life. The purpose of this study is to review studies which have assessed Social skills and Empowerment developed in childhood and further influence the future life stages. Methods: This narrative review was conducted using the keywords such as; Social skills, Social Empowerment and child education. We searched English and Farsi scientific databases. Out of 512 articles, 86 were extracted. Results: The importance of Social skills and Empowerment during childhood were categorized in eight dimensions: definitions, various components of Social skills, necessity of acquiring these skills, different methods of education, factors influencing child Empowerment, role of games in Social skills education and methods of evaluating Social skills in children. Any deficiency in these skills may lead to many undesirable consequences such as behavioral disorders, poor academic performance, isolation and psychological disorders in adolescence. Various factors are influential in acquiring Social skills, the most important of which are the role of age and gender, parents and teachers, and the cultural level of the family. Conclusions: Education, especially in the preschool period, plays a significant role in empowering children with Social skills. One of the best training programs in this domain is cognitive behavioral training (CB Training) program.

Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many effects and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and Social effects of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and Social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of Social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

Recognizing the needs and challenges of Islamic society, Social Quranic interpreters have found the remedy in returning to the Quran and adopting a Social and contemporary approach to interpretation, one that responds to the demands of the times. The primary objective of this research is to examine Social Quranic interpretation as a method for family Empowerment. In this interpretive approach, the interpreter, considering the problems of society, seeks to extract solutions from the Holy Quran for the community's ills, placing the Social teachings of religion within the context of people's lives. By highlighting its messages and commandments, this approach presents a new path to life for Muslims. One area where this interpretive method can contribute to society is family Empowerment, providing guidance to family members on issues such as establishing family courts, expanding family networks, upholding the principle of consultation, commitment, and honesty, and introducing various models. Background: Social deviances has always brought many problems to societies. Experts believe that the future of society and children and teenagers and their vulnerability to Social harm depends on the performance of Socializing institutions such as education. Considering the lack of a curriculum model for the prevention of Social harms in the preschool period, this study seeks to identify the curriculum model of the preschool period with an Empowerment approach against Social deviances. Aims: The current research was conducted with the aim of designing and presenting a preschool curriculum model with an Empowerment approach against Social deviances. Methods: The current research was conducted with a qualitative approach and narrative research method. The studied community included all experienced preschool teachers (with more than 15 years of work experience) in Kerman city in the academic year of 2021-2022, and based on the theoretical saturation of the findings, 9 of them were selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The interviews were conducted between April and August 2021. Data analysis in this research was done using conventional qualitative content analysis method. Results: In this research, 8 components of logic and reason, educational goals, Educational content, teaching-learning strategies, materials and resources, teacher competencies, family and comprehensive evaluation were extracted. The dimensions of the preschool curriculum model with the Empowerment approach against Social deviances can be divided into 48 categories, including a better life and bright future, building and increasing self-confidence, strengthening Social skills, an instructor who is proficient in teaching and learning strategies, It was categorized by the methods of evaluation, observation and recording of reports by the teacher and also parents familiar with sex education. Conclusion: The results of the present research contain practical suggestions for improving the curriculum and empowering preschool children against Social deviances. Therefore, it seems necessary that educational and curriculum planners, especially teachers and parents, use the 8 components obtained in the present study in order to gain Empowerment to deal with Social deviances in preschool children.
